One of the best hotel with specious rooms and delicious food. You can enjoy beauty of garden, swimming pool. Great stay as everything is perfectly organized here. Very good staff .Great service got from Reshmi Khanal.

Hotel location and amenities are great, however disappointed with their services. Me and my wife chose this hotel after a tiring hike to Pathibhara temple for a good night sleep, but the hotel staff opened the door early at 5AM when we were at sleep as they assigned my room to someone else and they have new customer at my door with luggages. When I called the front desk how that happened they said they have some system issues and we will not do this again in the future and suggested me not to make a big deal. I found this very irresponsible and mismanagement. When someone is sleeping and suddenly opens the door, it is frightening. I called on their manager’s phone multiple times, he didn’t pick up the phone as well.Previous night went for a dinner at their restaurant and order 4 meal items, but they didn’t provide an item, after sometime we asked where is our 4th food item, the lady who took our order forget that item and offered she will prepare the meal if we can wait. Since it was late in the night we chose not to wait further. It appears so many employees wondering around but quality of service was very poor.

The hotel is average, nothing exceptional, and the rooms are quite ordinary. The selection of bathroom linens is not impressive. During my three-night stay, I couldn't help but notice that some male employees utilize the hotel gym. On the other hand, some of the female waitresses in the restaurant are very friendly and take good care of the guests. Unfortunately, the breakfast options are very limited.If you're looking to relax in the evenings, the poolside bar is a nice place to unwind. Additionally, the hotel also features a casino

Worst food ever. Stale food, chinese starters were tasteless, chapati naan tandoori roti everything was stale raw and hard. Excuse given by staff - “because theres a party going on we were really busy hence the food was bad, we cant help it” we had booked 6 rooms here and went to the restaurant for dinner and this is how they treat us. After a lot of argument they cancelled 2 items from our bill saying “we are doing this since you didnt like the taste but more than that we can’t do anything” Not at all recommended for food. Worst experience ever.
