4 months agoThe hotel is average, nothing exceptional, and the rooms are quite ordinary. The selection of bathroom linens is not impressive. During my three-night stay, I couldn't help but notice that some male employees utilize the hotel gym. On the other hand, some of the female waitresses in the restaurant are very friendly and take good care of the guests. Unfortunately, the breakfast options are very limited.If you're looking to relax in the evenings, the poolside bar is a nice place to unwind. Additionally, the hotel also features a casino

3 months agoWorst food ever. Stale food, chinese starters were tasteless, chapati naan tandoori roti everything was stale raw and hard. Excuse given by staff - “because theres a party going on we were really busy hence the food was bad, we cant help it” we had booked 6 rooms here and went to the restaurant for dinner and this is how they treat us. After a lot of argument they cancelled 2 items from our bill saying “we are doing this since you didnt like the taste but more than that we can’t do anything” Not at all recommended for food. Worst experience ever.

The selection of dishes was impressive, with a perfect balance of both traditional and contemporary options to choose from.What truly elevated the experience, though, was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Bijaya Khadka. His attentiveness and professionalism were second to none. He not only made sure my dining needs were met but also added a warm and welcoming touch to the meal. His knowledge of the menu and the recommendations he provided were spot on, enhancing my overall dining experience. N
